Biography​

Oltuğ Talun, Türk Romancı, Şair, Tiyatro ve Felsefi deneme yazarı. 23 Temmuz 1993'te İstanbul'da doğdu. 11 yaşında kendini belirli bir Sanat ve Edebiyat Kültürü içinde buldu.  Eğitimli bir ailenin ikinci çocuğu olarak 19 yaşında Romancı olmak istediğine karar verdi. Lise ve Üniversiteyi bitirdikten sonra Felsefeye Psikolojiye yöneldi ve okulda bitirdiği mesleği icra etmeyerek kendini Ruh Bilimi konusunda geliştirdi. O günden günümüze çeşitli romanlar, tiyatro eserleri, deneme yazıları ve şiirler yazdı. Aristokrasiye münhasır bir aileden gelen Oltuğ Talun'un babasının soyu Osmanlı Hanedanlığına Molla Dedelere, annesi ise Yugoslavya göçmenidir ve soyu Alim dedelere bağlıdır. Babası mal varlığını kaybetmeden önce yakın çevresi ve akrabaları tarafından zengin bir ailenin oğlu olarak görülür ve bilinirdi. TALUN çocukluğunu ve gençliğini o sıralar şehrin dışında yer alan Parkköy isimli bir tatil köyünde geçirdi. Bir yandan eğitimini tamamladığı okulda Türkçe, İngilizce ve Almanca dillerini öğreniyordu. Müslüman bir aileden gelse de kendini ateist bir yeniyetme gibi görür,  içinde çok az dini coşku taşırdı. TALUN kendisini iyi bir edebiyat ve sanat okuru olarak tanımlar ve iyi bir Proust ve Nabokov araştırmacısı olarak bilinir.

Oltuğ Talun, Turkish Novelist, Poet, Theater and Philosophical Essayist. He was born in Istanbul on July 23, 1993. At the age of 11, he found himself in a certain Art and Literature Culture. As the second child of an educated family, he decided at the age of 19 that he wanted to be a Novelist. After graduating from high school and university, he turned to Philosophy and Psychology and instead of practicing the profession he graduated from school, he developed himself in the field of Psychology. From that day to the present, he has written various novels, theater plays, essays and poems. Oltuğ Talun, who comes from an aristocratic family, has a father's lineage from the Ottoman Dynasty to the Molla Dedes, while his mother is a Yugoslavian immigrant and is descended from the Alim Dedes. Before his father lost his wealth, he was seen and known as the son of a wealthy family by his close circle and relatives. TALUN spent his childhood and youth in a holiday village called Parkköy, which was outside the city at that time. While he was completing his education, he was learning Turkish, English and German at the school. Although he came from a Muslim family, he considered himself an atheist teenager and had little religious fervor. TALUN describes himself as a good reader of literature and art and is known as a good Proust and Nabokov researcher.
